Experience with TYLife's online store was disappointing

I had high expectations for TYLife's web store because I am an experienced user of outdoor gear. My interactions with them, however, have been unsatisfactory. Although their goods appeared promising, the quality fell short of what I had hoped for. Despite being promoted as being durable, the outdoor rugs I bought began to show signs of wear and tear after only a few weeks of use. The exterior decor was manufactured poorly and had a cheap appearance. Additionally, TYLife's customer support was subpar. They took a while to reply to my questions and didn't offer any useful advice. It took far too long for me to get a refund for my returned goods due to the lengthy return procedure. The website also had a poor search feature and was challenging to navigate. Since the product titles lacked specificity, it was challenging to decide which items would be best for my requirements. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality outdoor goods to shop at TYLife's website. I was disappointed with my experience because their goods and customer care didn't live up to my standards.

Pros
  • responsive and helpful customer support
Cons
  • Website could be easier to use and has a smaller selection of high-end goods when some items are out of stock.
