Review on Aquaclear Foam Inserts 6 Pack Model by Kathleen Melvin

I purchased this product after watching a YouTube video by content creator "Aquarium Co-Op". These foam inserts are a great way to make your HOB filter more efficient if you have a Penguin 350. I removed the carbon/fine filter pads entirely and put 2 of them (4 total per filter) in their place. They are designed to last up to 10 years with proper care (proper cleaning during filter maintenance) and contain an incredible amount of beneficial bacteria. Adding 4 of these to the filter makes your HOB filter incredibly efficient and able to handle a much higher biological load.
