Good idea, didn't fit my car.
I bought this to keep groceries from rolling out of my trunk when I open the elevator. Unfortunately it leaves a gap of about 3 inches at the bottom so I had the same issue and again this net only got in the way when I needed to slide larger items into the trunk. I will look for options.
