I have upgraded the rating to five stars since the customer service was responsive and the item now does what it is supposed to. Plus it actually is fun!Original review: It looked like fun out of the box, but we couldn't get it to hover because it was too top-heavy. And most of the time when we launched it, it just headed down to the floor, bounced a few times and then turned off. Occasionally it would head up to the ceiling, bounce a few times and then turn off and fall to the floor. We never did figure out how to toss it to someone else. Very disappointing. We were going to give five of them to the grandkids but thought we should just order one first to see how it worked. Glad we did and now we'll have to find something else.
