Review on MEDENT by Tony Addis

I've been at this practice for over 10 years now as part billing manager but have always used medent in some way or another since it first came out with my former employer many moons ago! It's not that hard to learn once you get into your workflow (which takes several hours). The interface could be more intuitive if they would update things like adding icons etc., which can make life easier when trying new features without having someone come up behind me saying "hey what does these buttons do?". When using MedEnt we are able to eliminate paper records by scanning them straight onto our patient portal where families see all their information before coming back down here every visit - no need anymore just click next page :D.
