Review on 🚲 Thule Helium Pro Hitch Bike Rack: Lightweight and Durable Bike Carrier for Hitch Mounts by Michael Miner

I've been using the 3 bike version of this rack for my 26" kid and adult bikes for about a year. Works great, easy to turn on and off which is important as I mount and remove the rack every time I use it (my wife's car for a week). I also like that it secures the trunk to the car and the bikes to the trunk. The latter can, of course, be overcome, but I try not to take our bikes with me when traveling to high-theft areas. Due to the shape of the frame of the children's bike, I can't mount it on the brackets, so I just load it in the trunk. Rear of the rack just behind the third set of brackets and secure with the straps provided. It worked well except for a few minor scratches on the frame of the bike, but we're talking about a cheap bike that will be abused anyway. No problem with an adult bike, and there's room in the middle position for a third if needed - with three, of course, things get tight, but I have no doubt it will work. Overall, I was a bit nervous about such a large purchase without testing, but it worked out great.
