THE BEST RGB FAN ON THE MARKET. Still here? OK. Performance overview in the real world. First the negative aspects. 100% fans only. They suck like radiator fans. Very poor static pressure and pretty much useless at low revs. The mounting screws are useless. 6 fans and not a single fancy metal logo was even remotely centered on the fan side. Strange since it's all about the trinkets. Get ready to re-glue them all. You need to make a cover to cover the slots to use the heatsink. Again. It's all about the bling, not the performance. Pretty loud at the right RPM to get good airflow. After assembling and testing, they appear to be much more expensive. I wanted to replace the 12 fans with 2 heatsinks (push/pull), but I only replaced the visual fans with these. 3 below and 3 above. I'm keeping my very old TT-1225 ring-shaped fans as I push on the bottom and pull on the top. They can run slower, with lower DB and higher CFM because they are sealed on the wheel. The 6 QL was loud on both sides, and while it looked fantastic, it wasn't worth the drop in performance. Pros: They look really great. Amazing RGB system and very long cables. They are enthoo primo in Phanteks and I can place the fans and controller anywhere. Easy installation and configuration. Hours of RGB programming will be fun. That's positive for me. Got a good RGB idea? Here you can program it. After all, it's the jewelry that got me here and while ICUE struggles at times, I decided to end up using the whole Corsair to see how it turned out. The keyboard, PWsup and these QLs will soon have 10 more Corsair fans (not QL) and an RGB CPU block. At a lower price they would have earned a star, but from the looks of it Corsair is keen on trying to justify the price cut with QC (poor off-center metal logo) and superior air gap performance.
