INCREDIBLY difficult to use and set up
Bought this for my sister (who has mild dementia). I have an iPhone and I'm pretty good at these things. I just can't get the phone to dial the number. Most likely, an elderly person will not be able to use this phone. COME GUYS: MAKE A SIMPLE PHONE FOR OLD PEOPLE! GRR! Wasted time and money. Also, the phone stinks (perfectly bad for the brain and also frustrating for the person). No wonder it's cheap. don't buy that. BTW, the Tracfone was great, but the phone is VERY VERY difficult to use.
