They are exactly as advertised and I received them in a few days. They are packed in small plastic bags and the product looks like small yellow rice. YOU MUST SOAK THEM IN WATER! So those who give bad reviews and say they don't look like the picture just don't follow the instructions. I put about 3/4 bags in a 5 gallon bucket and half filled the bucket with tap water (I didn't use distilled water like they recommended). After a few hours, they expanded so much that the water was no longer visible. So I filled the bucket with water to the end. At the end of the day I had perfect, clear, soft balls - just like the promotional photo. They are difficult to burst, so they are not easily damaged. I definitely recommend buying them. I fill 20 8" tall vases and one bag is more than enough.
