Everything, right down to the tilt of the rotator, is solid and reliable.

However, there is simply no way to get the handle tight enough to secure the hinge, causing the TV to rock fairly easily. Don't worry about safety with it falling or otherwise being loose, but it just feels flimsy when you move the TV on a hinge or hit it in general.
