Bought this so I can start training my new puppy. I read this type of belt is good for the puppy to emulate your body language as you teach him to walk. I dunno about that. yet, because my 4-months old pup is super excited and distracted as we started to go out but it does free me to pick him up as needed or reach in the pouch for treats quickly. I wish the handles are not as flat as I cannot reach for them as quickly as I like but overall, this is what I am looking for as when my pup pulls, I can leverage my body weight to hold him instead of jerking my arm.
