Review on Advanced Insurance System by Andre Tenk

Easy to use - I love that my client can login from anywhere in the world and get access to their account information 24/7! The system is very intuitive once you learn how to navigate it effectively. It's easy to create new policies but there are some things that could be improved like email notifications when an applicant has submitted or changed information. Also, we do not have any customer service within our organization so this is helpful for us as well! So far, we haven't found anything particularly problematic with the software. We're able to provide coverage to clients globally at anytime of day or night. This allows them to continue doing what they need and want while still receiving support should something come up during normal business hours.
