Poor quality and/or quality control
One earring has a curved shank and the other has a notched end. Also, the finish on the pair I received is oxidized graphite/black, unlike the shiny silver in the photo. I could live with the ruined finish and the oxidized paint looks nice but the bent post would drive me crazy so they'll have to go back.
