I like that everything is in one place with easy access between all my staff members as well their customers/clients! So much easier than searching through several different websites trying not get confused about where something should be located. Not very user friendly if there are multiple people using it at once so try having just 1 person use while others work offsite (also no notifications when someone has made changes). Easy way to keep track who's working what shift etc - especially helpful given our rotating shifts model which requires this service more often now due to less able employees being available during certain hours each day!!
