It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have three of these (5 purchased) running and connected to an Intel NUC (NUC5i5RYH), they seem to run fine for a day or so and then die. One of the adapters only works with HDMI and DVI but DSUB is completely dead. (3 different new monitors tested) the other device is just completely dead, all ports (2 different NUCs were tried as well as MSI GT72-2QE gaming laptop) Me don't have time or patience to return/replace the failed units. So I only eat $15 a unit. All I'm getting at is buyers be wary of this product. More expensive adapters work within 2 months without failure.
