These are great collars perfect for two dogs. First I'll explain why I don't like all the other collars I've bought and then why I love the Dogtra ARC so much. First I will talk about the shortcomings of other collars. I've tried many cheaper collars over the years. My dogs play a lot and wear them in all weathers. Everything I bought stopped working after a few months. Other collars are not as easy to use with two dogs. If you have to scroll through the menu to choose the dog you want to manage, this isn't great for training. I found I was either fixing the wrong dog or fixing it too late. None of the other models I have used fit two dogs. Reach on other models per week. Some say 750-1000 yards but I've never seen one. With a range of only a few hundred meters I would have problems. I ended up using other collars just for sound and vibration because I didn't trust the electrocution. I always shock myself to test my strength before correcting dogs. Cheaper collars work like simulated electric shocks. The dogs reacted badly to this. Maybe Dogtra has a cleaner power. About Dogtra and why I love her. Basically it's the opposite of everything I said above about inferior products. First, they work great for two dogs. If you have two dogs, just buy this set and forget about it. The fact that both dogs have separate buttons for vibration and shock is very clever. No menu to scroll through or forget which dog is currently selected. You can fix any dog instantly with vibration or electric shock. Every manufacturer should copy this design. I haven't had them long enough to judge how they will hold up, but judging by the design and build I have no doubt they will last a few years. The quality is better than anything I've seen. Ergonomics and shape are also excellent. Even on my 26 and 28 pound corgis they fit perfectly and blend into her neck. What a great design! Your range is excellent. They work easily up to 0.75 miles or higher. Finally, about stimulation or shock. I used it on myself to test and the shock sensation is unlike any other collar. Both of my dogs only respond to setting #10, which is very low. I honestly don't feel much. It appears to be a pure force that dogs respond to without frightening them. I highly recommend these collars. Spend a lot of money and you're done.
