Nice little containers! I wish there was a more average size because 1lb containers have hubs that need two to work, but 3lb containers are way too big when we're trying to eat smaller portions. I was able to make six (6) mini lasagnes out of 7 cups FULL of spaghetti meat sauce - meat and cheese, pasta, meat and cheese, pasta, meat and cheese. Pretty strong after filling and cocking the lid. Feel "weak" when empty, but that's to be expected with aluminum containers. We'll warm them up at Hot Logic for lunch; probably won't stay in the freezer long because my husband is basically the human version of Garfield xD
