I love the product. Took it right out of the box and took my partner on a 2 week hike. There are no problems with charging at any outlet or our computers. Depending on the setting, the water tank is big enough for two people. Initially, the device is a little uncomfortable in the hand and takes some getting used to, but using it once or twice solves this problem. Note. When you turn on the device and the tank is filled with water, make sure the tip is in your mouth, otherwise water will splash everywhere! This is not a defect, all you have to do is coordinate pressing the "on" button with the tip of water already in your mouth. We really enjoyed splashing ourselves several times with clean water from the units. And on the highest settings, the water probably sticks out 4-8 feet! Great device for everyone.
