Excellent value for money. I needed someone to help me install it because the instructions weren't clear to me. It has a convenient zoom button on the microscope and a button to take photos. I think this could be a good microscope for checking the authenticity of gemstones, checking the quality of fine work, etc. It's also just plain fun and magical to see things at this magnification. USB is folded so theoretically it could be plugged into an Android phone, I just haven't tried it on a phone yet.
