I've had a router for about a year now. For the first 6 months I had to factory reset the device once a week. During this whole time I had constant questions to the support, which changed one or the other parameter. It works fine right after the factory reset, but over the course of the week the router slowed down to dialing speeds. Finally, after 6 months, we had a setup that I only had to restore every month. The customer service allowed me to return the device, of course after paying the shipping costs. The new router that arrived worked fine for the first 30 minutes. WiFi disconnects about every 30 minutes. You remain connected to the wireless network, but there is no Internet. I started contacting customer service again, they agreed to another RMA. After I pay the shipping again. I gave up and bought a new Asus instead. For those who think this is my setup, I have a very powerful Cyberpower computer. It's brand new. I also have a new 50Mbps modem that I installed today. I also have other devices that have the same problem. If you want to save time, money and nerves, go the other way.
