It really can slice up a chicken!
I didn't believe it, did you cut a raw chicken carcass with scissors? Yeah, buddy, who's doing it? Now, while I'm still having an affair with my chef's knives, can it be done? I just defrosted two large baked chickens so thought I'd give it a try. And so, IT WORKS AND WAS EASIER THAN A KNIFE! Then the dirty knife parted with a pivoting cam and was put in the dishwasher to give it a good clean. Very easy. Easily assembled and placed prominently on a tool hanger just waiting for me to open that bag or box or cut up a chicken.
