Here is my take on this knife sharpening set. I bought this hoping I wouldn't have to send my knives in for sharpening again but unfortunately it didn't work for me and I just sent it back. The set is well put together and easy to assemble. and make adjustments. Here are the issues I had with the set: 1) Stones don't fit between the stone brackets. They either keep falling out and breaking, or keep sliding left and right. They don't stay put. 2) When you turn the knife holder over, it will not sharpen at the same angle, so you have to adjust the angle every time you turn the knife over. 3) The screw holding it guides the hand will never stay tight so I couldn't get a good angle.
