I'm not sure I can really use this product. The mandrel on my old sticky pad is .250". The mandrel of this product is 0.232 inch. It wouldn't be a problem if I used a drill, but considering I'm using a high-speed 20,000rpm tool, this might not work. The back also has a label that says 15,000 rpm, which is another problem. I will defer the final decision until the seller responds. No Answer. I've tried tightening it with wrenches, but even with that collet tightening, it still slips out. Will be sending it back as it doesn't work with my tools.
