Absolute GARBAGE THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL. ON THE FIRST DAY after installation I had one of the remotes in my pocket when I jumped from the boat to the shore waist deep in the water for less than 5 seconds, immediately the remote burned out permanently and hasn't worked since then even after disassemble the remote immediately and dry it . kitchen paper and place in the summer sun to dry. ALSO upon disassembling I noticed that there is NOTHING INSIDE THAT FLOATS so the advertised "waterproof remote that floats on water" is a blatant FALSE. Another IMPORTANT note: THE INCLUDED WIRING DIAGRAM AND USER MANUAL ARE INCORRECT. I was only able to get it to work after searching the internet and found instructions from someone else who could get it to work and decipher the correct wiring.
