Wheels fell off - Garage & Shop
Someone who works with cars here and there said this seat lasted almost 2 years and then the casters started falling off. After inspection, it turned out that the metal is very soft, and they peel off and just fall out. Be sure to check them before each use. They were coated with Loctite (red) and still fell out. I learned how soft the metal is because I won't be buying a new one every 2 years so I welded them on. It was like welding aluminum to steel. I've included photos of the threads and the math of welding in place. Let's see how long this lasts.
