Review on Fiskars 98087097J Curved Scissors Orange by Amanda Castillo

I have one of these scissors that I bought probably 30 years ago in Finland where they were made at the time and have been using them as nail scissors ever since. These are great nail scissors. I accidentally left them in a place where I can't get them now so I bought a new pair here. Since they are brand new I expected them to cut my nails a lot easier than the old ones. They don't. The handles are also made of much cheaper plastic. I suspect that the fact that they are made in China has something to do with these issues now. I have just used them again on my nails which causes me to lower my rating to 2 stars. As another reviewer noted, the blades tend to separate even with little resistance, meaning they don't cut well.
