It's very easy to use, you can start using it straight away without any training! The customer support team are also brilliant with their helpdesk system which makes contacting them about issues quick an efficient!! There could be some improvement in terms of more features being added for example 'inventory transfer' functionality would be great but I do understand this may not always work well from certain locations where there isn't enough internet access to enable such services? We have used other companies who had similar products however they were both too expensive hence why we chose Retalisation instead as its free so no up front costs unlike many others out there. Managing our stock across multiple sites efficiently has been easier than ever before due to ease of setting things up initially then tweaking when necessary once everything works ok. I like how it keeps track of stock, when products are scheduled for replenishment as well as what needs restocking/replenishing etc., so this helps me keep my costs down at all times! It's an easy system overall but sometimes there can be some glitches with scheduling items which makes things difficult in terms of ordering them out again if they haven't been ordered yet by another customer /etc.. Overall quite useful tool though!!
