Retalisation has been easy to use, great customer support team who are always there for help!

It's very easy to use, you can start using it straight away without any training! The customer support team are also brilliant with their helpdesk system which makes contacting them about issues quick an efficient!! There could be some improvement in terms of more features being added for example 'inventory transfer' functionality would be great but I do understand this may not always work well from certain locations where there isn't enough internet access to enable such services? We have used

  • I do like the system though and can't be too quick to be too down on it

Great E-Commerce Solution - Easy To Navigate

I like how easy it was for my customers to navigate through our site, as well as using their mobile devices/apps while in store! It's very user friendly & intuitive with all of its features! They have been able to update some things since we've started implementing them into our business but they are working hard at getting more updates out there soon too so everyone can benefit from this system even if you're not an online retailer yet!! We love being connected 24 hours per day via phone calls
