I like how it's very easy for my customers to use, they can make an order at anytime of day or night, which makes things easier when working in a service-based business where we have clients who work all hours.

The support team has been great as well; any issues are quickly resolved! There isn't anything I dislike about this program other than maybe the price point could be lower (it seems like there should be more features included). We're able to keep our client base happy by being available 24/7 via email/phone/text message and also through komesales' website.
