Pros: Well packaged, easy to assemble, seems solid, cable clips are included present easy to use and efficient, hex wrench clip is handy Cons: hex wrenches are needed in the kit whenever you want to adjust elevation (if tension is right, windage and tilt adjustments can be made without tools); I like the look of the matte black finish, but it seems prone to scratches (hence I deducted a star for durability); The tilt adjustment screws where the monitor connects to the arm only require a small amount of torque. to achieve the voltage required for holding. It feels solid, but I was a little worried about breaking something before tightening the screw enough. After just one day of use I can say that I am satisfied with my purchase and find the mount to be excellent value for money. I would recommend it to those looking for a mount that you want to install and not adjust very often. I wouldn't recommend it to someone looking for something that updates frequently.
