This works as advertised. I bought for my top end system. At 2800 watts across 2 12 Evls we thought digitizing the bass and focusing on frequency would tighten the sound. My amp already did this with a subsonic phase and low pass filter. If you're using a cheaper amp, you'll get better sound quality with this setting, but if you're using a Rockford or other high-end amp, it won't make much of a difference to you. Remove line noise and isolate your frequency more clearly
