Review on Dell FR3PK 34 Inch LED Lit Monitor, 60Hz, Swivel & Tilt Adjustment, Anti-Glare Coating, USB Hub, U3417W, HD by Jesse Ivins

This monitor is exceptional. I upgraded from HP2711X and this monitor is amazing. Aside from the crisp clarity, I just love that the property can open at least two full-size windows, which is great for comparing documents or replying to detailed emails and getting your reply in a different window. The lack of constant resizing is worth the price to me. Then you have the Dell Display Manager, which allows you to split the screen into any format, open apps and resize in those formats, amazing. I haven't finished reading the manual, but so far I like this monitor. The downside is that Dell customer support is open on weekends. The CD that came with it could not be read by my DVD drive on the HP Z230 Workstation, so I found software and applications online. I wanted to clarify the order of connecting the monitor and installing drivers and applications. The support woman didn't know anything and asked what computer I have. When she found out it wasn't Dell she said I would have to contact the computer manufacturer for support. I told her she didn't understand what she was talking about and my question was only about the sequence of steps, not the hardware. Clueless, and yes, English wasn't her first language.
