I really liked how this light works. He is very bright! It has a nice glow/pulse mode that switches seamlessly between half and full brightness and lasts up to six hours on a single charge. The single strap design bothered me at first, but I've come to appreciate it more - I can light more things with a single strap more easily. You can have this one great flashlight and easily use it on all your bikes. Very happy with it after almost a year of regular use. I will never go back to those AA powered turn signals. Update: Some rear lights require more "lumens" or brightness. Notice how this brightness is distributed. Many taillights are very bright, but only with a narrow cone pointing straight back. What sets the CygoLite Hotrod apart is that it is so bright in ALL directions when viewed from the rear. It also appears very bright when viewed from the side when approaching the bike from the side.
