Bought these bottles for home fermentation purposes. After one use, less than 24 hours after I put the kombucha in the bottle, it exploded, scattering broken glass all over my apartment and a liter of liquid on my floor. It took two hours to clean and find all the glasses. Because a product that is only advertised as a fermentation bottle perfect for kefir, kombucha and home brewing is completely false and incredibly dangerous. If I had opened this bottle in the morning while belching my food, I could have been seriously injured.
