I have been using projectors for three years. This was the second I bought as an upgrade from the first. I can only compare to the one I had first which was great quality for the price and its downside was that I had to black out my living room completely for the picture quality to be bright enough. I bought this in the hope that I might be able to have the lights or blinds open and still see the picture. And I'm very happy with the picture quality, the brightness and the same ease of use. Update: I've had it for 9-10 months now and the bulb is burning out. It says the lamp will last for three years. And the bulb is not replaceable, you need to send the device back. Update #2 took 3 weeks to contact me (customer support) after numerous emails and no response about the lightbulb. They finally did it yesterday and told me it would take a month to fix the unit. However, neither a replacement nor a shipping label was sent. :-/Update #3 Another month has passed and still nothing. I asked for my money back and no response at all. Don't waste your money/time/energy with a company that wouldn't do the same for a paying customer. LAST UPDATE: 3 months later. Total time: from May 2020 to December 2020 her end) message back and since switched to another projector company I told them I don't want my money back and want to send me a replacement so I can sell them to get their money back and phew. I have a new replacement projector in a week. What was so difficult that DAS couldn't work at the beginning?
