This bicycle seat is definitely an upgrade for my exercise bike. I could only train for 30 minutes on the old seat, but I can train for an hour on this one. What is comfortable for me may not be comfortable for you. Not all butts are the same. This is the second "comfort" seat I've tried, the first from another manufacturer was cheaper but not better so I returned it. Please read the return policy before purchasing an aftermarket bike seat. This isn't a giant bike seat - use the measurements to see how big it will be compared to your current seat. It seems well built, but people using it in my house are 170 and 190 pounds, it might not support someone well over 200 pounds. I thought the price was a bit high but the pain relief from exercising is worth it. It's not a magic seat - when you're doing cardio on the bike, leaning forward and pulling the levers puts pressure on the seat and intimate parts of the body, which isn't very comfortable. But if you're looking for an upgrade, this chair should be one of the first chairs you try.
