Review on BYBLIGHT Pack Of 4 Colorful Zoomable Flashlights With 150 Lumens LED For Indoor And Outdoor Use - Ideal For Car, Emergency, Camping, And Kids by Garon Tafolla

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's a light with long life.

It's your typical cheap Chinese-made aluminum flashlight with a 3-function tail switch you can find anywhere but for slightly less than $3.50 each, they will make a nice little pass-along gift. They are not overly bright, probably about 60-70 lumens with the standard flood and spot functions. The spot is the square light or, if you just want to be different you can turn it on it's side and have a diamond. I've been running one now for 3 1/2 hours to test battery life and it's still plenty bright enough to see outside at 11pm when I went to check the mail, although you're not going to be blinding any potential attackers. The battery compartment feels pretty cheap so one might take some precaution when putting in the batteries. Other than that, it's a cheap flashlight that will let you see and you won't cry if you lose it. I would give it about a 'B' on the cheap flashlight grading scale. I just wish these flashlight companies would stop with the multi selector switch. What ever happened to just on and off?Okay, I'm going to bump up a star (3 to 4) just because of battery life. I forgot the flashlight was on and went to be last night. At 10 am, I went back into my office to discover it's still burning after a bit over 15 hours! Now, the light has diminished but I can still easily see the beam on my wall with the house lights on. I can shine it across two rooms and square beam pattern is still illuminating well enough to see. So, off of 3 Energizer AAA's, not fresh out of the package but tested good with my meter, I've gotten 15+ hours of usable light and it's still going. That's pretty good for $3.50. I changed it to a B grade. This is on the high setting. After 20+ hours the light has dimmed to probably 7-8 lumens but still going. If it's pitch black, you still have light. My battery test is done but I'm going to leave it running until if finally shuts off.

Pros
  • ‎4.5 Volts
Cons
