Excellent customer service

I bought this and that just for hand brooms. I was so excited to buy and get this because washing racquets and wasting all those good things is always a pain. The first package I opened was for a whisk and I've tried it on all my handheld devices from the largest to the smallest and it has worked on all of them. I couldn't turn on the whisk. I saw the video and this woman looked so relaxed putting it on and taking it off. But that wasn't the case with mine. I also made sure to align it correctly. I'm pretty strong and it's not a complicated kitchen tool, but I couldn't put it on my whisk (my whisk is fine). And when I tried to push through the wires on my whisk, the whisk wiper broke. Sent it back to Revain for a refund. I don't know if I will try another one or not. The fit is so tight and you have to use so much force that I can imagine accidentally throwing things around and then making an even bigger mess. I really wanted this wiper to work on my KitchenAid. So very disappointed. If it wasn't so tight, maybe it would be easier to put on and take off, not too loose? Updated: 05/04/2021. Star. Now I give 5 stars for customer service. I sent this particular wiper back and received a refund. The owner, Michael, approached me about my dissatisfaction with this particular purchase and I explained why. It turned out that the cleaning cloth I bought didn't fit my KitchenAid 6-wire incline attachment. He said there was another Whisk Wiper Pro, slightly larger, and he would send it to me for free, which he did. I received it yesterday. Many Thanks. Apparently there are 6 and 11 wire KitchenAid whisks. Nothing in that particular description asked how many wires our whisks had. My suggestion to Michael was that every Whisk Pro advertisement should state which Whisk it is for. This likely eliminated or greatly reduced the confusion. The Whisk Wiper Pro I got fits my 6 wire and is larger. You just need to make sure there is a wire in each slot (12 slots total) and if you have more than 1 wire in a slot you won't be able to pull the whisk through. Another thing I learned was not to push it all the way in so it attaches to KitchenAid. It's much harder to push it back and wash afterwards. Maybe with repeated use it will get easier and I can leave it out. The Pro doesn't work as easily as a portable whisk wiper. I wish it were, but that's okay. At least I know what to do and maybe a drizzle of olive oil might help. I do not know. I haven't tried this. In any case, I highly recommend it. Just make sure the grooves line up with the wires.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • It makes me angry
