I bought this for my dad's '97 GMC Sonoma. Fits perfectly. The main net has 6 loops. You need to drill 3 small holes on each side of the truck. Mesh straps are threaded through and fastened. Then you tighten them. Everything is very quick and easy. The outer edges of the mesh resemble lightweight military grade nylon webbing. However, the center of the grid is a plastic cloth. For the price, an economical way to add a divider or back door if you don't have one. However, this is more for beauty than purpose. When you have a heavy load that can slip or roll, holding it is not enough. But for such a price, with light things, it will do. Also, I can't imagine it would last many seasons if stored in inclement weather where wind, sun, rain etc would ruin the product.
