Good idea but does not work with protective case

This was a great idea, unfortunately this product will not work if you have an Otterbox or other protective case on this box. I have an iPhone X and an iPhone 11 with the OtterBox attached, touch the bottom spring that holds the phone in place and press the volume down button when you turn the phone over, then it makes contact with the phone's right button when you take your phone out of the case and it's perfect for this product. But it's going to be a pain so I'm sending this product back
