Review on 🌡 Monitor Food Safety with Tru Temp Refrigerator-Freezer Thermometer by Nicole Thompson

I received Tru Temp 3507 (this item) and 5924 Fridge Freezer Thermometer at various locations for use in home brewing. The 3507 model has a 2.5 inch red/blue display and the 5924 model has a 3.25 inch blue/purple/yellow display for showing different temperature zones. Both are accurate to each other as well as another digital thermometer I have. I use a variety of digital thermometers and thermostats, but would like to have an analogue nearby to double check (I don't always trust digital as I've had issues in the past). I usually keep one near my fermenters to check the ambient temp and another in my chest freezer converted to a fridge to hold my kegs to check my digital thermostat. The bases are tall enough to stand without falling over and the double-sided hook at the top is handy for hanging from a freezer basket or keg air line. So far I haven't had any problems with these thermometers.
