I received Tru Temp 3507 (this item) and 5924 Fridge Freezer Thermometer at various locations for use in home brewing. The 3507 model has a 2.5 inch red/blue display and the 5924 model has a 3.25 inch blue/purple/yellow display for showing different temperature zones. I bought four of these while trying to determine the cooler temperatures in all my bar beer coolers. Each of my coolers already had its own thermometer, but they always seemed inconsistent with the temperature the coolers were set to.
