Don't buy for beauty.
Easy to hold - light. The handle looks good, but nothing prevents fingers from slipping onto the blade and cutting yourself. If you work in a butcher shop like me, your pen WILL GET REALLY FAT, ESPECIALLY if you work with pork or very fatty beef. cutting table. Pretty? Yes. Useful? Yes. but could be better developed for those of us who use boning knives for work every day. "Nice" does not protect against injuries due to "nice" design without safety handles. 🤷♀️
