honestly I thought it was just another lie. Like other cheap H2 generators that create a smoky mist from ozone/chlorine smelling bubbles and produce almost no H2 that you have to use bottled water with. When first used and measured, H2 is 2100 ppb! The?! This is after ONE cycle! It's insanely good! ORP -1010! I can not believe that! I order another. It's better than my expensive generators! Much better! The bottle is glass and insulated/double walled. This is battery operated BUT if your battery is low like mine always is, this works by plugging it in! I feel like I found buried treasure! The H2 bubbles produced by a real SPE/PEM generator are larger and float up in the center. A cheap generator looks like smoky water. You do not want that. Well before you buy it, if you are young, healthy and disease free, most likely this H2 water will not offer any benefits that you can experience physically. However, it will prevent future events. If you're over 40, sick, sick, you'll feel the benefits of H2 water MUCH faster. Go and google Alzheimer's and hydrogen water. Several clinical studies have been conducted and the results are compelling. I've had tendonitis in both ankles from taking Levaquin for over 15 years (black box warning AFTER I've taken it). So basically when I first woke up in the morning I had tendinitis until I started and could walk. After taking H2 for a few days, my tendonitis went away. I haven't had this since I drank water. My memory is better and so is my energy. I suppose you have to feel bad before you see any benefits. I use reverse osmosis water in my water. I wouldn't use tap water because it can go bad (which has happened with another generator I own). Don't drink from this bottle. Pour it into a glass and then drink it. It can become maddened by bacteria. Keep it as clean as possible. Another thing I've noticed about drinking H2 water is that at the amount I'm drinking, which is a lot, I don't have to pee as much. strange. Here are the numbers from the 2nd and 3rd use of it: H2 1800/ORP -900. H2 1800 ORP-880. I don't know if that loses its effect over time, we'll see. I don't know how durable it is but for the price it's amazing and worth the chance! I'll buy another one before they raise the price on this one! If I find it breaks or something I'll notice, I'll update this review! I lied, I bought 2 more of these! UPDATE: 2 weeks of constant use multiple times a day my numbers are in the 1400ppb and -750 range. This is after a 3 minute cycle. I've tried multiple times to do another loop to increase these numbers and it just doesn't work. This just wastes the battery so only 1 cycle is really needed.
