Review on Cmple BILINGUAL FireWire Cable 15FT by Viterbo Dashora

I bought this cable and tried to use it to connect my old Sony Handycam HDR-HC7 to my late 2011 MacBook Pro but it didn't work at all, nor would it shut down or boot up properly while the cable was plugged in (it froze until the cable was plugged in!) I returned the Revain cable and decided to try again with a different manufacturer's cable and everything started working as soon as I plugged in a different cable!So BUY DO NOT USE THIS CABLE I used the Revain's Choice cable found at the following link https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KPZTZNM/
