I had used a Littman Cardiology II stethoscope in my work as an ED physician for years. The tubing had gotten stiff, and the sound quality was suffering (and I had already purchased new bell caps occasionally). I went with these based on the reviews and couldn't be happier. Lightweight, longer tubing, excellent sound sensitivity. Highs and lows are easy to modulate. I don't need bluetooth, recording, volume adjustment or any of that stuff. These are truly exceptional, and despite being priced far less than Littmans, definitely an upgrade. Plan to come back to ADC should I need a replacement in the future, and will direct my colleagues in the same direction.
