I only gave it 4 stars because it was able to do what I need it to do. Overall, it still packs a lot of other cool features, but just in case you want to program the key fobs for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L. Do not buy this device. She won't work. If you want to program the key fob for 2017 Toyota Sienna SE. Do not buy this device. She won't work. Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty nifty tool. It will program older models like 2013 and below. Because I saw a lot of videos on YouTube. They constantly improve and update the software. I'm pretty sure he'll be able to program new cars sooner or later. Also, the customer service was always ready to answer all my questions. I wasn't in the clouds once. I would give them 5 stars.
