Like A Charm in my review

My xbox was useable immediately after I plugged it in. I had read reviews that said the fan is loud, but I really don't think it is. I can hear it, yes, but is it loud? No. Would buy again!

Pros

The fan is compatible with all Xbox One models, which means you don't have to worry about compatibility issues

Cons

The fan may produce an annoying humming noise while in operation
