Review on APDTY 707817 Engine Air Intake Hose | Replaces 17881-03121 & 17881-74730 by Luca Washington

Place order 04/03/2018 I give 3 stars. When I received it, it looked very dirty from the packaging. Then when I installed it, the small inlet moved out of the channel. I had to pull it out and apply an Ultra Black Hi-Temp RTV silicone pad to seal it. We recommend doing the same before installing. Otherwise it looks, fits and performs exactly like the original part. I'm happy with that. Updated 12/01/2020. I was just doing a routine check of my engine when I noticed that the end of the intake hose on the throttle body was completely snapped, the hose has just turned to new plastic and needs to be replaced. I ordered a wider hose that is available from AutoZone. So if you leave your car for a long time. I would not recommend this hose.
