Review on Asset Master by Terrence Castillo

The best thing about this program for me was how it helped my organization with its accounting process especially when we had to close our books quarterly. There are times where I have used other programs before but none as good or helpful like this one in particular! What i didn't enjoy so much was keeping track of assets since they were not very organized by year which made finding things hard at time such as tax payer money spent towards equipment purchases etc. Tracking all transactions from sales through purchase order's (including those made out under invoices) up until final accounts has been pretty easy using their system. It helps keep everything more organized than just having physical receipts around somewhere. We also use AM to make sure what projects/costs go into each quarter. This allows us to see exactly how well our budget performs compared to actual spendings over previous years. Also makes reporting easier because now you could easily show your boss exact results rather then guessing numbers.
